14) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, US CAR ACCIDENTS AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM EXCEED USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
